Dejan Sluki\u0107 (OIB: 42237990689) i Mladen Vizinger (OIB: 80152775997), Nedeli\u0161\u0107e, J.\u0160.Slavenskog 24B, thereafter “Karate Shop”.<\/strong> Buyer is webshop visitor who adds at least one product to the cart, send an orer to the seller and pay for it using credit card, e-banking or direct bank transfer method.
Buyer can buy any product on Vendor’s webshop on address www.karate-shop.hr.
All prices on our webshop include VAT (PDV).
Payment currency is Croatian kuna (kn).

ORDERING<\/strong>
All products can be ordered by adding to the cart and orders are irrevocable. If Karate Shop<\/strong> is not able to deliver all ordered products, it will deliver only available products and inform buyer about delivery deadline for currently unavailable products using email or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERY<\/strong>
Delivery terms
Ordered goods will be delivered to the entrance of the house or building. If delivery address is in building, the deliverer is not obliged to carry goods to the floor on which the buyer is located but to the entrance to the building.

Delivery time is 3 working days (for Croatia) and up to 15 days (for other countries in EU) after cleared payment. Package status you can track in  “User account<\/a>” section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case you are unhappy with the item for any reason, you can replace it for something else or return it in return for money within 8 days of receiving the item
To achieve this right, the undamaged product must be sent in the original package with all the equipment and documentation with which the product was originally shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event that the shipment is damaged in the transport, such damages are visible when the shipment is taken, and in that case please do not download the shipment.
Please contact us in order to check the status of the item as soon as possible and send a new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you find, on first use, that the item you received is defective, please contact us in order to make the replacement for the correct item as soon as possible.
