Complaints and reclamation

In case you are unsatisfied by any reason with bought item, you can exchanged that item for something else or return it in exchange for the money within 8 days of receipt of the item. To accomplish this right, you need to send the product undamaged and in the original packaging with all equipment and documentation with which the product was originally shipped. The returning transport costs are paid by the client.

In the item in package is damaged in transit, such damages are visible when picking shipments, and in this case - please do not assume the shipment.

If you find, when you first use it, the item you received is defective, please contact us so that we complete the replacement of the correct item as soon as possible.
